A healthy and vital way of life can be simple even if your diary is full of tasks and meetings. You may have guessed it but it depends a lot on what you consume during the day.

Do you want to feel nonstop sleepy with no energy through your working day or want to feel relaxed with a lot of energy all day long 100% fulfilling your daily tasks? CHOOSE GOOD FOOD ENERGY and decide to eat healthy at work. I put together quick menu plan to get you started.

During a 5-day healthy lifestyle challenge, I will send you recipes for every day – breakfast, snack, lunch, and again snack. I’ve also created a shopping list with links where you can get everything you need to save your precious time. These recipes are so delicious it will turn even the pickiest eater into a superfood, seed and plant lover.

So, ahead of you is a week full of superfood and super fast recipes, a lot of energy, you may get better breath, better digestion, you may feel better about yourself doing something for yourself. You will also receive a diet guide during the work week where you will find all the answers and you will have my support.

This challenge will show you how to survive healthier during the week and has a few rules. When you have a taste for ice cream or fries, you can go crazy. We will not judge anyone. 🙂
